Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering free wine and beer from 5-7. The downtown location was convenient, and the rooms even had kitchens and cable TV with HBO. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff members being wonderful while others seemed put out when asked for help. Despite the internal blame game among staff, amenities like dry cleaning, shops, laundry, and valet parking were available. The location couldn't have been better, being close to the stadiums, riverfront, Fountain Square, great restaurants, and the Aronoff Center for Performing Arts. The dining experience was a mix of amazing dishes with some missing items on certain days. Overall, a positive and comfortable experience with minor hiccups.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch customer service throughout our stay. However, there were issues with the rooms, like a leaking shower door, that affected our comfort level. The location was great for getting around the city easily, but the dining options left much to be desired.
Staying at the hotel in downtown Cincinnati OH was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable and mostly clean, but the central air could use some improvement. The service was a bit disappointing as it seemed miserable, except for the delightful and cheerful man and woman who brightened my day. The location was convenient for sightseeing and dining, with easy access to the Duke Energy Convention Center and Fountain Square. However, the dining options were subpar, and additional charges for parking and meals were not pleasant.
